- How much are tuition and fees?
Current tuition is $50 per CEU. Tuition waivers are available on request.
- What is the withdrawal Policy?
First week of class the whole amount will be reimbursed, second week of class only 50% will be reimbursed.
- How do I register for a course?

- Can I pay with a credit card?
You can pay online only by using a credit card. If paying by check, please send a check to: The Fairfax Institute, 500 Grove Street, 2nd Floor Herndon VA, 20170
- Can I qualify fo some kind of financial aid?
Full and partial tuition waivers are available.
- How can I apply for tuition waiver?
By choosing the percentage you are applying for when you fill the application, if you need full waiver write to the admission office via email to: or by mail to the above address at The Fairfax Institute.
- What student services are available?
Student services are limited to academic advising and class room text and reference materials.
- What are the technical requirements for the online courses?
General requirements include a connection to the Internet, and an email account, at least a 56Kbps modem, a Java capable browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer), and the Shockwave plug-in installed (to use chat room, when available).
- How do I interact with my instructor? Instructors answer email questions, participate in online discussions, and personally evaluate assignemts. Instructors keep scheduled office hours for consultations.
- Can I start a course at any time?
Courses are scheduled in four terms: Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Exceptions can be made and schedules can be adjusted for groups of at least 10 students taking a particular course.
- May I visit a class to see what the classroom environment is like ?
Yes. Visiting a class is a great opportunity for you to experience the program and meet the current students. If you would like to arrange a visit, please consult the Academic Affairs Officer at 703-471-1133 ext 127 or via e-mail : admissions@fairfaxi.net.
12. Can I apply to two or more programs for the same entrance period?
Yes. but you must submit applications, and application fees. And also make sure that the courses are not taught during the same day and time |
